Do you accept Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT)?
We accept the Sublocade shot and the Vivitrol shot only.
What insurance do you accept?
We currently accept Maryland Medicaid and some private insurances. Call for more information on the specific types of insurance we accept. We also accept self-pay
How long is the program?
It is a 6 to 12-month program, depending on your needs.
Can I work while I am there?
Working on the farm and tending to it's various needs, will be a major part of your experience here. You are encouraged to find a job outside of the farm after the initial 6 months
What is my plan once I am done with treatment?
Discharge planning is a large portion of this program. Along the way, you will be meeting with your care coordinator to develop a discharge plan to fit your needs.
Can I have my car?
Only after the first 6 months
Can I have family come visit?
After the initial 60 days, you can have visitors. Visitors must be approved by your therapist.
Can I have my cell phone?
Only after the first 6 months. If you need to call family or one of your supports, your therapist or care manager can assist you in using their office to make a call.
